Our CVT Rebuild Process
Every transmission we rebuild is handled in-house by our skilled technicians. Our process
includes:
 Valve body modifications – Vacuum testing and valve upgrades to restore hydraulic
integrity.
 Torque converter overhauling – Rebuilt Torque converters, replacement lock-up clutches
and bearing replacements.
 Bearing upgrades – Bearings often cause CVT failures. We fit all new premium bearings
to every CVT rebuilt.
 Critical component checks – Belts, pulleys, and pumps are thoroughly inspected and
replaced where necessary.
